Zone3 came to us at a pivotal moment: a successful, growing business with a broad and engaged audience, but a brand that had started to lose clarity in how it expressed itself. The opportunity wasn’t reinvention, but realignment: bringing focus back to what made the business distinctive, and creating the conditions for faster, more confident growth.

We led with strategy, uncovering the human truth behind the brand, its athlete-led origins, and the role its products genuinely play in performance. Through this work, a clear tension emerged: a brand built on elite sporting credibility, now speaking to a much wider audience, but without a unifying narrative to hold it together.

From this foundation, we defined a sharper brand direction. One that reasserts performance at the centre, elevates the role of product as proof, and reconnects the business to the principles it was founded on. This became the framework for how the brand thinks, speaks, and shows up across every touchpoint.

The result is a brand with renewed clarity and intent. More focused in its positioning, more confident in its expression, and moving with pace back towards its performance core.
