Having worked with Ruark for a number of years, we were commissioned to update the brand positioning in 2021, starting with a brand workshop to define the business story and brand essence.
As part of our groundwork, we reviewed all aspects of the business in granular detail to enable us to pinpoint where we could strengthen and enhance the brand, and where small gains could be quickly achieved.
Our findings led us to develop a new brand essence and adjust the overall visual style. This made a stronger and more emotive connection between the business and its customers, resulting in an immediate and positive impact on marketing strategies and, crucially, sales. The business no longer just talked about product, the narrative we shaped around the experience Ruark products deliver provided a broader connection with customers and widened the business content and marketing capacities.
